Taylor Swift Surprises Fans with New Album “The Tortured Poets Department” and Secret Second Half
Taylor Swift surprised fans with the release of her new album “The Tortured Poets Department” and a secret second half with 15 additional songs just two hours after the initial midnight release. The deluxe version, titled “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology,” features a total of 31 songs, including two that seem to be about Kim Kardashian.
In classic Swift fashion, she creatively used capital letters in the track “thanK you aIMee,” possibly referencing Kardashian, who famously called Swift a snake. The song “Cassandra” also includes mentions of snakes, tying back to Swift’s feud with Kardashian.
The album release comes amidst Swift’s break from her successful Eras Tour, adding to the excitement for her upcoming shows. Fans eagerly await to see how the new era showcased in “Tortured Poets” will be incorporated into her performances. Swift’s return to the stage in Paris on May 9 is highly anticipated, marking another milestone in her incredible success over the past year.
